The past 2 years have been an undeniable whirlwind! So many of us have attended more virtual funerals, extended deepest condolences, reformulated our master life plans, cancelled people, places and things from our lives, and stepped out on faith more than ever before. Collectively, we are living in a surreal world where the term “normalcy” has been flipped on its head. Many of us have given up on saving the good life for later, fitting the fictitious mold created by society, and basically we are all sitting in our respective spaces and have said….’F’ it all in one way or another! This pandemic life is too durn much, and we are not seeing a clear end in sight!
I hear you! I feel you! I see you!
I have taken these past two years to contemplate the many ways to improve my life and that of my family. I have actually learned to do ABSOLUTELY nothing that does not have my greater good at heart! In fact, I have given myself permission to master it unapologetically! I have said on countless occasions FORGET this, I have given more of myself to others than they deserve and I am resolved that those days are behind me. I can say thank you to CORONA for that. I thank this forced respite for allowing me to face the inequities that existed in my ships (friendships, relationships, partnerships), by incinerating all of the interactions that did not serve me. Ultimately, this new perspective freed me from the burden of their existence and place in my life!
I took the time to share what I have learned in a long anticipated e-book entitled ‘F’ IT ALL! It is not what you may think it is, it’s so much more! I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed creating it!
